Terms of Use

1. The service

Gallery Dash helps you review and organise your camera roll through keep, archive and delete decisions. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Who may use Gallery Dash

• You must be able to enter a binding agreement or use the app under a parent or guardian's supervision.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervised users under 13.
• You must follow applicable law and these Terms.

3. Permissions and your device

Gallery Dash may request Photos access so you can review and manage selected items. You control this permission in iOS Settings. Library changes are performed through Apple's Photos framework on your device.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of your photos and videos. Gallery Dash does not claim ownership of them. Processing required for the core experience occurs on your device.

5. Acceptable use

You must not access data without permission, interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, scrape the service, or use it for unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual property and licence

Gallery Dash, including its app, website, design, interface, icons, text and code, belongs to LLAPPS LTD or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for lawful personal use.

Except where law expressly permits, you must not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works, clone the interface or workflows, remove proprietary notices, or use automated access to circumvent controls.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. By using Gallery Dash, you also acknowledge that policy.

8. Third-party services

The service may rely on providers for app operations, crash reporting, support, hosting or essential security. The website does not use analytics or tracking cookies. Providers process limited information under their own terms and our applicable agreements.

9. Changes to the service and Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service and update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Fees

Some app features may require payment. The price, billing basis, renewal terms, cancellation options and other purchase conditions will be shown before you confirm a transaction through the applicable platform.

11. Availability

Gallery Dash is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free operation and may limit service for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LLAPPS LTD disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LLAPPS LTD and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of data, use, goodwill or profit. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.

14. Indemnity

Where legally permitted, you agree to indemnify LLAPPS LTD for claims, damage or expense arising from your unlawful use of Gallery Dash or breach of these Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using Gallery Dash at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you breach these Terms, abuse the service or when required by law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Varna, Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

17. Apple platform terms

Use of an app downloaded from the Apple App Store is also subject to applicable Apple terms. Mandatory platform terms prevail where they conflict. Apple is a third-party beneficiary only as required for the App Store licence.
