2. Information we collect

• Photos and videos: the app accesses your Photos library only with permission. Media remains on your device and is not sent to us for sorting.
• Optional app analytics and diagnostics: limited technical information such as app and OS version, crash data and basic engagement events may be used to improve reliability and usability.
• Support messages: when you email us, we receive the information you choose to include.

We do not sell personal data or share your content with advertisers.

3. How we use information

• To provide and maintain Gallery Dash.
• To fix faults, understand feature use and improve performance.
• To answer support requests.
• To prevent abuse, fraud and security threats.

Where GDPR applies, our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in product improvement and security, and consent where required.

4. Storage and processing

Photo actions are carried out through Apple's Photos framework on your device. Limited technical data processed by service providers is protected by contractual obligations and appropriate security controls.

5. Sharing

We may share limited technical information with providers used for crash reporting, analytics, support, hosting or security, and may disclose information when required by valid law or legal process. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertising networks.

6. Your choices

• Control Photos access in iOS Settings, including limited or revoked access.
• Review every action that changes your library.
• Use available device controls for optional analytics where applicable.
• Contact us to exercise a privacy right.

7. Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and maintain appropriate records.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards and encrypted connections. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and protect stored information. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

9. Children's privacy

Gallery Dash is not intended for children under 13 without a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information without permission.

10. International transfers

Providers may process limited information in more than one country. We rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required by law.

11. Website analytics and language preference

This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies. If you choose a language, the site stores that preference locally in your browser so the same language can open next time. This value is not sent to us and is not used for advertising or behavioural tracking. Essential hosting security measures may be used to prevent abuse.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing and to receive portable data. EU and EEA residents may complain to their local supervisory authority. We do not sell personal information under California law.
