Welcome to Gallery Dash! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gallery Dash mobile app and website. By downloading or using Gallery Dash, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Offline-first & on-device processing: Gallery Dash works offline. Your photos stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers (or any third-party servers) as part of the app’s core photo-sorting experience.
Gallery Dash is a photo cleanup app that helps you sort your camera roll with a simple flow (keep what you want, delete what you don’t).
You own your photos and videos. Gallery Dash does not claim ownership over your content. Any processing required for the app to function happens on your device as part of the core experience.

Gallery Dash and all related materials (including the app, its design, UI, icons, text, code, and overall look & feel) are owned by llapps ltd or licensed to us. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Gallery Dash for your own lawful purposes.

Gallery Dash may rely on third-party services for operating the website, crash reporting, analytics, or support. When used, these providers process limited information under our instructions and contractual obligations. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their operations.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including adding or removing features. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated.
If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, on this website or within the app). Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms means you agree to the updated Terms.
Some features of the Service may require payment (such as subscriptions or one-time purchases). If a paid feature is offered, the applicable price, billing terms, renewal terms (if any), and cancellation options will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
We aim for a reliable service, but Gallery Dash is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or limit the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gallery Dash and llapps ltd disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither llapps ltd nor its affiliates, directors, employees, or partners will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless llapps ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of Gallery Dash, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Gallery Dash, including its name, logos, visual design, and code, is owned by llapps ltd or licensed to us. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property, except for the limited right to use the service as described here.
You may stop using Gallery Dash at any time. If the app includes account-based features in the future, we will provide an in-app way to manage or delete an account (if applicable). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or if required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts in Varna, Bulgaria will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
If you download the app from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable platform terms. To the extent these Terms conflict with mandatory platform terms, the platform terms will control. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms solely as related to your use of the app obtained through the App Store.
